Establishing unified rules in security operations! A case where the exchange of information on paper was completely eliminated.

One of the urgent issues that needs to be resolved is that there were no clearly defined "rules" for smoothly and efficiently carrying out a series of maintenance operations when looking at the overall business. To improve the efficiency of maintenance operations for a diverse range of recycling facilities and to address various challenges, we decided to implement "MENTENA." By leveraging the functions of "MENTENA," a unified understanding and rules have begun to emerge across the entire operation, and we were able to eliminate the exchange of information on paper between the field and the maintenance personnel. EVCC provides a pre-treatment recycling system that produces black mass containing valuable metals (such as Ni, Co, Mn, etc.) from used batteries. [VULCANUS] Silicon powder and recycling equipment

VULCANUS specializes in the secondary battery industry, providing "high-purity silicon powder," "waste battery recycling equipment," and "special thermal processing equipment." The high-purity silicon powder achieves impurity levels below 500 ppm and oxygen levels below 5%, and is available in three particle sizes: 100 nm, 200 nm, and 800 nm. The recycling equipment produces black powder without generating wastewater or harmful gases, recovering over 93% of copper and aluminum while reducing manufacturing costs by 70%.
